William "Bill" Candage, 76, a native of Fairbanks, Alaska and a resident of Raceland, died on Friday, Sept. 14, 2012 at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center.
Services will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 20, 2012 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 3702 Highway 311, Houma.
He was a Veteran of Vietnam that served in the United States Marines and the United States Army. He loved Fishing.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Eleanoe J. Candage; his daughters; Doris Margaret and husband Edward Foxwell, Linda Marie Billiot and husband Myron James Billiot, sisters; Dorothy "Dot" Barron and Geraldine "Gerry" Parker, four grandchildren; Leonard RayTarango, Charles Darren Tarango, Eric Alexander Foxwell, Brien Michael Foxwell, two great-grandchildren; Lyrig Alexa Tarango, and Demitiri Joseph Tarango.
He was preceded in death by his brother; Wesley "Bud" Candage, sisters; Virginia McErney and Marion Tron.
