Wendy Marie Dufrene, 49, a native of Houma and a resident of Lockport, passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2017.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Monday, December 18, 2017 at St. Hilary Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am.
She is survived by her husband, Adrian T. Dufrene; daughter, Cassidy Lynn Gros; mother, Earline P. Savoie; brothers, Chester Savoie, Jr., Robert Knobloch, Chad Knobloch; sisters, Susan Landry, Judy LeBlanc and Veronica Stinson.
She was preceded in death by her father, Chester Savoie, Sr. and step father, Riley Knobloch, Sr. and sister, Kathy Savoie.
Wendy was a member of Terrebonne Live Stock Club, Lafourche Roping Club, Dusty Riders, Lockport Volunteer Fire Department, Aquarius Carnival Club and Lafourche 4-H Club. She was employed by Acadian Ambulance.
In lieu of flowers donations to help with funeral expenses.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
