Weldon LeBoeuf, 86, of Raceland, was called home to the Lord on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 4 pm. He was surrounded by his brother and sisters, daughters, Tina and Iris and his wife, Mary Ann, of 65 years.
Visitation will be held at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home, of Raceland, on Sunday, January 10th from 4 pm until 8 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday, January 11th at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church at 11 am with burial to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
He was a long-termed employee of Lockport Sales and Service. He served as Justice of the Peace, Lafourche Parish School Board, Notary, Grand Marshall, King of the Sauce Piquante Festival, Board Member of Sugarland Country club and more.
Weldon is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Robichaux LeBoeuf; children, Mona Breaux (Keith), Craig LeBoeuf (companion, Debra Champagne), Tina Voisin (Wendell) and Iris Gros (companion, Kevin Wiemann); grandchildren, Jeffrey LeBoeuf, Damian Breaux, Neili Loupe, Linsey Zeringue, Jacob and Bailey Gros; great granddaughters, Adley Zeringue and Mollie Loupe; sisters, Florence Matherne, Veronica Voisin; brother, Floyd LeBoeuf.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Whitney and Thelma LeBoeuf; sisters, Barbara Davaine, Beverly LeBoeuf; brother, Evans LeBoeuf, Sr.; children, Beverly and Neil LeBoeuf.
