Venice Cheramie Breaux, 99, a native of Galliano and resident of Raceland, died at 1:14 p.m. Monday, June 1, 2015 p.m.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Friday, June 5, at St. Hilary Catholic Church in Raceland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Alex J. Breaux Jr. and wife, Theresa; daughter, Barbara Breaux Bradberry and husband, Lester; sister, Betty Cheramie Terrebonne; grandchildren, Alex John Breaux, Michelle Breaux Sule, Michael Breaux, Lester Bradberry Jr., Karl Bradberry and Shannon Bradberry; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alex J. Breaux Sr.; and grandson, Eric John Bradberry.
Samart Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
