Tanner Michael Guidry, one month and 16 days, a native and resident of Cut Off, died at 10 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012.
A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 p.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his parents, Eric Michael Guidry and Lauren Louise Guidry; grandparents, Keith and Patsy Ougel Guidry, and Tommy and Daphne David Guidry; great-grandparents, Audrey Pitre Guidry, Roy A. Guidry, and Hilton J. David Jr. and Shari A. David; God parents, Britney Guidry, Keith Guidry, Jr. and Alex Parra; brother, Thomas Keith Guidry; aunt, Leslie Guidry.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Roland "Bason" Guidry, Edward "Eddize" Ougel and Flavia Adams Ougel, and Fay Rebstock Guidry; and aunt, Lacey Guidry.
Samart-Mothe is in charge of arrangements.
