Tammy Surles Crochet, 54, a native and resident of Galliano passed away on Monday, October 8, 2018.
Visitation will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic church on Friday, October 12th from 10:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. with burial to follow in Cheramie Cemetery.
Tammy is survived by her daughters, Chelsey Crochet and Kristy Crochet; brothers, Barry Limbocker and Todd Surles; sisters, Deborah Terrebonne and Niki Hornbostel; granddaughter, Scarlett Thibodeaux.
Tammy was preceded in death by her parents, Howard, Sr. and Nancy Surles; brother, Howard Surles, Jr.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
