Susan L. “Sue” Gardner, 61, a native of Cooleeme, NC and resident of Lockport, LA passed away on Friday, July 6, 2018.
Visitation will be held at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Mathews on Tuesday, July 10th from 1:00 p.m. until funeral time. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. with burial to follow in Salyersville, KY.
Sue is survived by her husband, Samuel R. “Sam” Gardner; father, James Lanford; sons, Kenneth Gardner and James (Rebecca) Gardner; daughter, Jessica (Bruce) Mayeaux; brothers, Gary Lankford, Jeff Lankford and Michael Lankford; sisters, Deborah Kutan, Carolyn Seamon, Sharon Turner, Tammy Barron and April Reebel; 9 grandchildren.
Sue was preceded in death by her mother, Jean Lankford; brother, James Lankford.
