Ruth Louviere Foret

Ruth Louviere Foret, 83, a native of Gibson and a resident of Gheens, passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Gheens, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in Resurrection Memorial Park Cemetery, Raceland, LA.
She is survived by her sons, Charles Foret, Jr. (Priscilla) and Bart Foret (Tammy); daughters, Vicki F. Guillot (Randy), Carla F. Dufrene (Todd) and Nicole F. Babin (Paul); brother, Jerome Louviere; sister, Barbara Romero; 10 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Foret, Sr.; parents, Herbert Louviere, Sr. and Bernice Hebert Louviere; brothers, Floyd Louviere, Hugh Louviere, Sr., Herbert Louviere, Jr. and Ray Louviere and grandson, Cody Dufrene.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
