Rubella Guidry

Rubella Eymard Guidry, 71, a native and resident of Galliano passed away September 27, 2014. Visitation will take place at St. Joseph Catholic Church on October 2, 2014 from 9:00am till service time. A Memorial Mass will begin at 10:00am with burial following in Cheramie Cemetery.
Mrs. Rubella is survived by her daughters Rebecca Guidry Roussell and husband Anthony of Raceland, Monica Guidry of Kentucky, and Jessica Guidry Dorcas and husband Andrew of Kentucky, grandchildren Elizabeth Roussell Naquin, Andrew Roussell, and Adriana Guidry, and great-grandchild Madison Naquin, and sister Virgis Eymard Vegas.
She was preceded in death by her parents Uyless Eymard and Agonlia Henry Eymard, brothers Floyd Eymard, Tillman Eymard, and Mark Eymard, and sisters Bernice Doucet, Hilda Guilbeau, and Beatrice Gisclair.
Mr. Guidry was an avid Hornets and Pelican basketball fan and enjoyed animal especially dogs and horses. The family would like to thank the Lady of the Sea and Thibodaux Regional Medical Center staff for their care and compassion.
