Rita "Rose" Worley, 84, a native and resident of Cut Off passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018.
Visitation will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 0n Thursday, April 26th from 10:00 a.m. until funeral timed. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Rose is survived by her daughter, Jenifer Worley Thibodaux (Rock); brother-in-law, Laurie Johnnie Callais; grandchildren, Robert Thompson, Christina Thompson Bouvier (Curtis) and Jo Lynn Thompson (Darick Rivers), 10 great-grandchildren.
Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Worley; parents, Urban "Pado" and Zomie Marie Matherne Crosby; daughter, Barbara Worley Thompson; step-sons, Vhoris Lee "Boo" Worley, Carl "C.J." Worley, Jr., Billy Joe Worley and Jimmy Worley; grandson, Bobby Joe "B.J." Thompson; step-grandson, Dale Worley; sisters, Gertrude Callais and Emma Lois Worley; brothers, Joseph "Joe", Vincent and Colton Crosby.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
