Rena LeBlanc Hebert, 95, a native of Lockport and a resident of Larose, died at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012.
Visitation on Friday, Aug. 24, 2012 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the KC Home in Larose and on Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Larose. Funeral Mass at 12 p.m. Burial in the church cemetery.
She was the mother of Emile J. Hebert, Dolores A. Hebert and Jane M. LeBlanc; grandmother of Dustin M. Dore'; sister of Irvin P. LeBlanc and Godmother of Loretta C. Smith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Noah A. Hebert; parents, Octave Sr. and Notilia Gautreaux LeBlanc; son, Jimmy J. Hebert; sister, Jane LeBlanc Comeaux; three brothers, Alex J. Leblanc, Octave "Johnny" LeBlanc, Jr., Fred P. LeBlanc, Sr. and grandson, Jonathan L. Dore'.
She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Rosary Church and was a member of the Ladies Altar Society.
Pallbearers are, Gary Compeaux, Dustin Dore', Charles Hunter, Andrew LeBlanc, John Matherne, and Dwayne Smith.
In lieu of flowers donations to Holy Rosary School.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
