Phyllis Marie Toups Winfree, 62, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Cut Off passed away January 21, 2014. Visitation will take place on Friday January 24, 2014 at First Baptist Church of Golden Meadow from 9am till funeral time. Funeral Service will begin at 11am.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years Floyd Winfree, grandsons Matthew Rathel Jr, Jonathan, Jody and Jeremy Thomas, granddaughters Jasmine Rathel Aronald, Marrissa Rathel, and Mada Rathel; great grandchildren Madison and Destiny Aronald, Nevaeh and Jonathan Thomas, one brother and one sister and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Constant "Tony" Toups and Beaulah A. Toups, sons Terry Rathel and Matthew Rathel Sr. great-grandchild Mattison Rathel.
