Phillip is survived by his wife, Robin Cheramie; daughter, Anita C. Mader and son-in-law, Cory; granddaughters, Tapanga Lee and Ressie Crosby and sister, Phyllis Felarise (Kirt).
He is preceded in death by his parents, Thresa Rousse and Walter Cheramie; step-father, Valforus Rousse; sisters, Rebecca Beene, Dianne Pitre and Kate Rousse; brother, Jeffrey Cheramie; nieces, Tori Felarise, Tiffany Delaune, Skylynn Pitre, nephew, Kirt Felarise, Jr.; great-niece Caitlynn Lee.
