Odile Bellanger Doucet

Odile Bellanger Doucet, 76, a native of Larose and resident of Galliano passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Galliano from 9:00 am until service time. Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 am with procession following to her burial in Cheramie Cemetery.
Mrs. Odile is survived by her sons: Chuck Doucet (Avis) and Chet Doucet (Sandra), daughters: Colette Curole (Robert), Danielle Doucet (Josie), and Nicol Terrebonne (Jody), grandchildren: Zackary and Olivia Doucet, Elizabeth Duet, Alex and Trey Terrebonne, and Caleb Doucet, great grandchildren: Layne Doucet and Willow Duet, and brothers: Gilbert and Rickey Bellanger.
Mrs. Doucet was preceded in death by her husband: Daniel J. Doucet, grandson: Justin Doucet, parents: Loney and Odile Bellanger, brother: Jeffery Bellanger, and in-laws: Frances and Forest Doucet.
Mrs. Odile enjoyed sewing and performing community work at the Catholic Community Center. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
