Norma Summers

Norma L. Summers, 60, a native of Morgan City and resident of Cut Off passed away Friday November 8, 2013 at her home. Visitation will occur at Samart-Mothe Funeral Homes on Wednesday November 13 from 5:00 pm till 9:00pm and on Thursday November 14 from 8:00 am till funeral time. Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 am Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off.

Mrs. Summers is survived by her husband of 37yrs Virgil L. Summers Jr., children Quentin J. Bourg, Dudley J. Bourg Jr and wife Rebecca, Shannon J. Solar and Gloria Lefort, and Cagney E Summers and Joshua Boudin, grandchildren Heather Bullard, Courtney Bourg, Brett Bourg, Dustin Bourg, Devin Bourg, Kevin Bourg, McKenzie St. Peter. Haiden Summers, Graven Boudin, one great grandchild, step granddaughter Anastasia Dumond, godchild Curtis Callais and his children Cambria and Bethany Callais, brothers Harold Solar, Cyrus Solar Jr., Rickey Solar, and Chad Solar, and sisters Marliss Ann Lena and Diana Gisclair.

She was preceded in death by her parents Cryus Solar and Marliss Duet Lombas.
