Nolan "Tous" Santiny

November 1, 1935 — August 31, 2020

Nolan “Tous” Santiny, 84 a native and resident of Grand Isle passed away on Monday, August 31, 2020.

A service will be held at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off on Friday September 4th, 2020 at 11:00 am with visitation to follow until 2:00 pm with cremation to follow.

Mr. Nolan is survived by the mother of his children; Carolyn Hebert, children; Lil’ Nick Guidry, Tracey Guidry, Marie Pregeant, Deana Leblanc, Geana McHughs, and Jovon Santiny, 19 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, brothers; Gibson, Gerald, and Carol Santiny, and sister Olga Folse.

Mr. Santiny was preceded in death by his parents; Bernard and Antonia B. Santiny, and brothers; Robert, Russell, and Roy Santiny.

Tous was a lifetime member of the Redfish Rodeo, an avid hunter and fisherman all his life, he enjoyed woodworking, building birdhouses, gliders and swings and was a US Army veteran. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren and will be greatly missed by them.
