Nolan Joseph Delaune

November 24, 1940 — August 3, 2019

Mr. Nolan J. Delaune, 78, a native of Lockport and resident of Cut Off passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2019.
Visitation will be held at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off on Tuesday, August 6th from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. with burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Mr. Nolan is survived by his sons, Michael Delaune and Phillip Delaune; daughter, Joyce D. Soudelier; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Nolan was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Bruce Delaune; parents, Elson, Sr. and Blanche Delaune; brothers, Edward Delaune, Alton Delaune, Elson Delaune, Jr., Milton Delaune and Wilton Delaune, Sr.; sisters, Mildred D. LeBlanc, Audrey D. Bruce and Doris D. Pitre.
Mr. Nolan enjoyed woodworking and fishing. He retired from R&B Falcon Drilling Company.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
