Neva E. Plaisance, 81, a native of Golden Meadow, La. and a resident of Larose, La. went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday November 24, 2017.
Visitation will be on Tuesday November 28, 2017 at Holy Rosary Church from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. with burial in the church cemetery.
Neva is survived by her children; Rickey Plaisance and Dianell (Edward) Reinhardt, step-daughter Natria Plaisance, grandchildren; Michelle Comardelle, Jerald, Kaci and Emerie Plaisance, great-grandchildren; Lacie, Brilee, and Dawson Collins, Kade Folse, Kole Triche, and Kean Comardelle, brother; Ellis (E.J.) Esponge, Jr., sisters; Elvida Lou Rogers, Hilda Collins, Janelle Dufrene, and Mercedes Ann Guidry.
Neva is preceded in death by her husband; Nolan B. Plaisance, parents; Ellis, Sr. and Mercedes Felarise Esponge, grandson Steve Comardelle, sisters; Evia Boudreaux, Hazel Rousse, Emelia Timonent, Estella Esponge and Enola Martin.
Neva was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
