Nell Rivet France, 89, a native of Mathews and a resident of Raceland, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Friday, March 5, 2021 at St. Hilary Catholic Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Tommy France (Sherry) and Robert France (Jana); daughters, Jackie Zeringue (Brian), Julie Cass (Bert) and Nicole Richard (Kenny); 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas “T.J.” France; daughter, Laureli Autin (Steve); parents, Louis Sr. and Lena Rivet; brother, Louis “Sonny” Rivet and sister, Barbara Foret.
In lieu of flowers Masses are preferred.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
