Nazia Naquin Chouest

Nazia N. “DeDe” Chouest, 80, a native and resident of Cut Off passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2018.
Visitation will be held at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off on Thursday, December 13th from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in Cheramie Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Carol C. Chouest, Sr.; sons, Carl Kiger (Linda), Dwayne Kiger and Charles Kiger (Peggy); daughters, Dale Plaisance (Perry), Verlay Brock, Lisa Geromini (Tim) and Allison Sevin; stepsons, Carroll “Beau” Chouest, Jr. (Celeste), Wilson Chouest and David Chouest (Vilma); step-daughter, Angelina Lee (Richard); brother, Paul Naquin; sisters, Gladys Cheramie, Cheyenne Johnfroe (Gerald), Judy Doucet (Vincent), Ashley Hebert and Cathy Billiot; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Phyllis Naquin; son, Curtis Kiger; daughters, Audrey Duet and Gail Kiger; son-in-law, James Brock; step-daughter-in-law, Lisa Chouest; brother, Joseph Dupry; grandchildren, Mariah Plaisance and Trinity Kiger.
