Nancy R. Thibodaux

Nancy R. Thibodaux, 98, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Cut Off passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020.

A visitation will take place at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and on Thursday, December 31, 2020 from 8:00 am until 10:30 am. Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off beginning at 11:00 am with burial following in the Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Nancy is survived by her son; Allen P. Thibodaux, grandchildren; Elizabeth Williams (Christopher) and Sara Aucoin (Troy), and great grandchildren; Hugh Williams, Zakk Williams, and Keri Aucoin.

Mrs. Thibodaux was preceded in death by her husband; Alcess “A.P.” Thibodaux, daughter-in-law; Mitzi Thibodaux, parents; Camille and Anita P. Rebstock, brother; Camille Rebstock Jr., sisters; Earline Rome and Rosemary Rome, and 10 half-brothers and half-sisters.

Mrs. Nancy never had a bad word to say about anyone, was always there to listen to her family, and lived a simple, organized and scheduled life. As Fr. Greg would say, the Trinity is back together.
