Nancy Martin Callais

Nancy Martin Callais, 97, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023. She was a native and resident of Golden Meadow, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow on Thursday, December 28, 2023, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with burial following in church cemetery.

Nancy is survived by her son, Donald Callais and wife, Thistle; daughter, Juliet C. Hebert and husband, Ricky; daughter-in-law, Gail Callais; 6 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Duless Callais; parents, Joseph and Julie Collins Martin; son, Daniel Callais; brothers, Manuel Martin and wife, Rita, and Luke Martin and wife; sisters, Leona M. Guidry and husband, Rosemond, Eva M. Terrebonne and husband, Jefferson, Evella M. Guidry and husband, Lionel, and Anna Mae M. Doucet and husband, Alcide.
