Morrison Lathrop

Morrison "Lou" Lathrop, 86, born April 20th, 1928 went to his heavenly home April 8th, 2015 at 12 noon at Heritage Manor in Houma. Visitation will take place on April 13, 2015 at Christian Family Church in Galliano from 9:00 am till service time. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 pm with burial following in Cheramie Cemetery.
Mr. Morrison is survived by his daughters Kathy Lafont and husband Julian Jr., and Alice Lathrop, sons Mo Lathrop and Phillip Lathrop and wife Stacey, grandchildren Leah Adams and husband Dustan, Lilah Hunter and husband Todd Jr, Phillip Lathrop Jr and wife Louise, Sarah Lathrop, Kaleb Lathrop and Jaedon Burregi, and great grandchildren Maci Adams, Elise Hunter, D.J. Adams, Maiya Hunter, Tajah and Todd Hunter, Kennedi Lathrop, Kenyikke, Jaymalree, and Kyren Lathrop.
Mr. Lathrop was preceded in death by his wife Patsy Cancienne Lathrop, parents Woodford Lathrop Sr and Leoncia Coron Lathrop, brothers Bradford Lathrop, Davidson Lathrop, and Woodford Lathrop Jr. and sisters Nora Lathrop Anselmi, Eleonore Lathrop Pitre, Carrie Lathrop Cheramie, Dorothy Lathrop Sacco and Onise Lathrop Galliano
