Michael Joseph Richard, 54, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Raceland passed away April 17, 2016. Visitation will take place on April 23, 2016 at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church from 9:00 am till service time. A Memorial Mass will begin at 11:00 am.
Mr. Michael is survived by his husband Curry B. Zeringue, children Lelia and Jazzy, brothers Raymond Jr. (Linda), Jimmy (Joyce), and Mark (Melba), sisters Sissy Bourgeois (Chic) and Pam Daigle (Carl) and numerous nephews and nieces.
Mr. Richard was preceded in death by his parents Raymond C. Richard Sr. and Dorothy Jack Richard, mother and father in law Blaise R. and Earline Zeringue, and nephews J.J. Richard and Paul Bourgeois.
