Michael Joseph Miller

Michael “Mike” Miller, 52 a native of Lockport, LA. and resident of Larose, LA. passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 10:00am until funeral time at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1:00pm with burial in the church cemetery.
Mike is survived by his wife; Rachael Adams Miller, children; Ashton (Toni) Billiot, Ryan (Breah) Miller and Laurie (Scott) Doucet, grandchild; Natalie Doucet, father; Joseph Sidney Miller, Jr., brothers; Steven (Ann) Miller, Josh (Leah) Miller and Joey (Eric) Miller Webster, sisters; Becky (Larry) Vaught, Jessica Ougel and Jan (Troy) Morvant, sister-in-law; Melinda A. (Andy) Loupe, godchildren; Brynn and Jack Miller, as well as his extended family members; Lance” Hap” Ougel and Starr Kern.
Mike was preceded in death by his mother; Joyce Stevens Miller, mother-in-law; Genevieve Lefort Adams, grandparents; Austin and Leoncia Breaux Stevens and J. Sidney Sr. and Martha Becnel Miller.
Mike loved his Jeep! He loved playing with his granddaughter, he loved cooking for others. He always listened to sports radio and his Sunday morning ritual was between 9am and 11am listening to the Beatles.
Mike was employed at Raceland Raw Sugars for many years.
Mike was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church.
