Mary G. Serigny, 65, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Larose passed away at 6:12 p.m. on Saturday February 23, 2013.
Visitation will be held at Samart-Mothe Funeral Chapel on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday at Christian Fellowship Church from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. with burial in Cheramie Cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Rogers "Brud" Serigny, Jr.; daughters, Tammy S. Comardelle and husband Allen, Cindy S. Trosclair, Mitzi S. Sassoni, Dodie S. Carcisse and husband Johnny; daughter-in-law, Jackie Serigny; sister, Barbara G. Gisclair; 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rogers M. Serigny; parents, Douglas and Alice Melancon Glynn; son, Wayne Serigny; brother, Douglas Glynn; sister, Lillian Glynn.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
