Margie J. Cressionie, 77, a native of Cut Off and resident of Larose passed away February 8, 2014. Visitation will take place from 9:00 am till funeral time on Wednesday February 12, 2014 at Gheens Presbyterian Church. Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 pm with burial following in the Church cemetery.
Mrs. Margie is survived by her sons Huey Cressionie Jr, Douglas Cressionie Sr, Carl Cressionie Sr, daughters Susan Cheramie, Carol Cheramie, Wendy Gaudet, step daughter Mandy Trahan, brothers Louis "Track" Trahan Jr., and sisters Vivian Arceneaux and Violet Guidry.
She was preceded in death by her husband Huey "T-U" Cressionie Sr, parents Louis Trahan Sr and Lillian Savoie Trahan, son Johnny Cressionie and daughter Rebecca Cheramie, grandson Terry Cheramie Jr., brother Anthony Trahan Sr., sister Patsy Hebert and twin sister Audrey Doucet.
