Lucy Bouffaine Bousegard, 88, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Pearland, Texas passed away on Saturday August 17, 2013.
Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the church at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Glenn Bousegard; daughter, Lola Bousegard Oliver and husband Richard; sister, Joan Ann LeBouef; 5 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Leo Joseph Bousegard; parents, Olympio and Violet Boudreaux Bouffanie; son, Olympio Bouzigard; brothers, Clabert Bouffanie, George Bouffanie, Norman Bouffanie; sisters, Godlynn Bruce, Violet "Nan" Ledet.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
