Lillian H. Bruce, 82, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Cut Off passed away on Friday, August 7, 2015.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 9th at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Wayne Bruce and wife Denise; daughters, Cindy B. Guidry and husband Mitchell, Linda B. Ellender and husband Thomas "Tom"; brother, James "Jimmy" Hebert; sisters, Elise "Liz" Gisclair, Marlene "Lin" Lasseigne; grandchildren, Michelle Johnson, Travis Guidry, Lee Iver, Dustin Guidry, Leeza Iver, Emily Bruce, Kelly Bruce; great grandchildren, Hanna Johnson, Brock Johnson, Brett Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin "Vin" Bruce; parents, Sandras and Leodah Hebert; brothers, Alcide Hebert, Leroy Hebert, Raley Hebert.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in charge of arrangements
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 9th at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time.
