Leopold Thibodaux

Leopold J. "Leo" Thibodaux, 87, a native of St. Charles Community and resident of Larose passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, August 19, 2017.
Visitation will be held at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church on Wednesday, August 23rd from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. with burial in the church cemetery.
Leo is survived by his wife of 68 years, Doris D. Thibodaux; sons, Michael Thibodaux (Lisa) and Bobby Thibodaux; daughters, Mona Thibodaux Allemand (Glenn) and Kellie Thibodaux (Jonathan); daughter-in-law, Kim Matherne Thibodaux; brothers, Calvin Thibodaux and Alcide Thibodaux; 14 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and a great-granddaughter on the way.
Leo was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Lillian Uze' Thibodaux; son Chris Thibodaux; brothers, Joseph Thibodaux and Oscar Thibodaux; sister, Leona Thibodaux Boudreaux.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
