Lawrence "Larry" J. Robichaux, 68, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Larose, passed away Dec 19th, 2012. Visitation will occur from 2:00 PM till 3:00 PM Friday Dec. 21st at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Larose with Mass beginning at 3:00 PM and burial following in the Church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years Carol Curole Robichaux, daughter Dawn Plaisance and husband Dean, son Troy Robichaux, grandchildren Christopher & Michael Plaisance and Seth Robichaux, and brothers Elmo Robichaux Jr. and Vernon Robichaux.
He was preceded in death by his parents Elmo Robichaux Sr. & Lelia Ledet Robichaux.
Larry was a loving husband, father, & grandfather. He was the owner of Saltwater Guide Service and well respected by the fishing community as one of the first charter fishermen in the Golden Meadow area. Generous to a fault, Larry will be missed by his family and friends.
