Laura D. Stout, a native and resident of Cut Off, died on Monday, Sept. 10, 2012.
A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 p.m. on Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her son; Dean Stout, daughter; Lauren Gaspard and husband Michael, and Pamela Stout, sister; Bridget Duhon, grandchildren; Jani Gaspard and Kyle Gaspard, step-grandchildren; Tori Gaspard, Michael Gaspard, Jr., and Gina Gaspard, step-great-grandchildren; Jaci, Jadi, Jali, Michael III Gaspard and Talin Duet.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Louis and Velma Plaisance Danos, sister; Catherine Lombas.
She loved Playing cards and loved to cook. Her family was everything to her.
She had 20 years experience at Golden Meadow Lower as caretaker.
