Jeffrey T. "Jeff" Cheramie, 71, a native and resident of Larose passed away on Wednesday January 9, 2013.
Visitation will be held at Samart-Mothe Funeral Chapel in Cut Off on Tuesday from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and on Wednesday from 9:00 am until funeral time. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 11:00 am with burial in Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery.
He is survived by his sons, Thomas Cheramie, Lonny Cheramie and wife Amanda, Jason Cheramie, Ryan Cheramie; daughters, Cheryl Pickett and husband Phil, Sharon Guillory and husband Ricky, Vanessa Moreau and husband Allen, Jada Cheramie; brother, Errol Cheramie; 17 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Norris, Jr. and Elda Gautreaux Cheramie; brother, Larry Cheramie.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
