Jeffery J. Estay

Jeffery “Jeff, “Long Tall Sally, Sal” J. Estay, 69, a native and resident of Larose passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021.

A visitation will take place on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off from 9:00 am until service time. The United Veterans League will perform Military Honors at 10:00 am, his Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 am with procession following to his burial in Holy Rosary Cemetery in Larose.

Mr. Jeffery is survived by his daughter, Sallie Watkins (Tommy “T”); grandchildren, Lee, Angel, Amaya, Shania, and Tommy Jr.; mother, Francis Estay; and brother, Jimmy Estay.

Mr. Estay was preceded in death by his son, Jeff Estay; and father, Louis Estay.

Sal was a crabber and veteran of the US Army.
