James "Jimmy" Ledet Sr.

James J.” Jimmy” Ledet, Sr., a native and resident of Larose passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2018.
Visitation will be held at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church on Wednesday, November 21st from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in St. Joseph cemetery.
Jimmy is survived by his wife, Judy W. Ledet; children, James Ledet, Jr. (Christel), Freddie Ledet (Angel), Reggie Ledet (Holly) and Rene Toups (Melissa); grandchildren, James, III, Mia, Bryan, Jr., Brent, Brittany, Jordan, Jimmy, Braden, Evelyn, Ashley, Lee, Roxy, Ruston, Renee’, Trey and Arden; 23 great-grandchildren; brother, Melvin Ledet.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Ebdon and Azema Ledet; brothers, Ebdon, Jr. and Erwin; sisters, Janice; sons, Bryan and Roger, Jr.; grandson, Brody.
Samart-Mothe Funeral home entrusted with arrangements.
