Hubert J. "Toby" Gaudet, 86, a native and resident of Raceland passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2016.
Visitation will be held at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church on Wednesday, May 18th from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Loyce St. Pierre Gaudet; son Duane Gaudet; daughters, Susan (Allen) Arceneaux, Carol (Paul) Verdin; brothers, Dudley Gaudet, Douglas Gaudet; sister, Brenda (Robert) Griffin; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie and Pearl Gaudet; brother, Milton Gaudet; and his beloved canine companion, Chico.
