Hazel C. Faulk, 99, a native and resident of Larose passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2020.
A private service will be held at a later date.
She is survived by her children, Bob A. Faulk, Dian (Jimmy) Richoux and Faye (Patrick) Matherne; 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James “J.C.” Faulk, Sr.; parents, Euzebe “Neb” and Annette Chouest; children, James Faulk, Jr.(Susan Adams Faulk) and Richard Faulk; sisters, Elsie Chouest and Teresa (Pete) Burns; daughter-in-law, Deanna Faulk.
Mrs. Hazel retired from teaching school after 30 years of service.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
