Harry “Paw” J. Allemand Jr., 76, a native of Larose and resident of Cut Off passed away on November 27, 2018.
Visitation will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, in Larose, on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 9 am until 11 am. A Funeral Mass will be held at the church starting at 11 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Harry is survived by his wife of 57 years: Sheron “Maw” G. Allemand; children: Jace Allemand (Dawn), Jude Allemand (Anne), and Joly A. Hebert (Robert); grandchildren: Celeste (Lucas), Drew, Jamie (Bryan), Tommy (Britani), Sammy (Chelsey) Parrish, and Leah; great grandchildren: Gabe, Grant, Parker, Harbor, and baby Ella Kate on the way; mother: Enola L. Allemand; sister: Gale Leonard (Louis); and godchild: Dexter Leonard.
Mr. Allemand was preceded in death by his father: Harry J. Allemand Sr.
Paw loved to go to the camp, be in the outdoors hunting and fishing, watching and playing many sports, and kept his family laughing up until the very end. He loved being with his family, especially his grandchildren and greatgrandchildren and was loved and will be missed by many.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in Mr. Harry’s name be made to the Tom and Gayle Benson Cancer Center.
