Gladys T. Dubois, 76, a native of Lafourche parish and a resident of Larose, died at 11:11 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, 2012.
A visitation will be held from 12 p.m. until funeral time at 1 p.m. Friday Oct. 26, 2012 at Our Lady of The Rosary Catholic Church, Larose. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her companion, Ramise "Ram" Esponge; sons, Andrew Soudelier, Jr. and Alan Paul Soudelier; daughters, Mary S. Trahan, Rose S. Trosclair, Debra S. Lee, and Tina S. Thomassie; sisters, Lorraine Soudelier, Mary Molaison, and Leda Adams; 24 grandchildren, and 39 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Etienne J. Dubois, Sr. and Cecile Plaisance Dubois Toups; brothers, Edmond Dubois, Eugene Dubois, Etienne Dubois, Jr., Herbert Dubois, Edward Dubois, Gilbert Dubois, and Louis Dubois; sisters, Hannah Pitre, Irene Soudelier, Eula Ougel and Angeline Bourg.
She loved music and dancing.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
