George J. Serigny, 75, a native and resident of Golden Meadow passed away on Saturday November 16, 2013.
Visitation will be held at Samart-Mothe Funeral Chapel on Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. and at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church from 12:00 p.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Marina V. Serigny; son, Miguel Dardar, Jr.; daughters, Cindy Dardar, Cheryl Schouest, Maegan Dardar; brothers, Roy Serigny, Richard Serigny, Bron Serigny, Jr.; sisters, Eula Mae Dardar, Veronica Serigny, Norma Jean Landry; 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren on the way.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bron, Sr. and Blanche Serigny; brothers, Randolph Serigny, Lester Serigny, Murvin Serigny; sister, Sue Serigny.
