Effie Marie Trosclair, 80, a native and resident of Galliano, died Sunday, April 29, 2012.
Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time today at Christian Fellowship. Religious services will be held at 11 a.m. today at Christian Fellowship, with burial in Cheramie Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Able "Blue" Trosclair; sons, Ricky Trosclair and wife, Jo Ann, Kent Trosclair and wife, Nena, Ronald Trosclair, and Randy Trosclair and wife, Kim; daughter, Priscilla "Sis" Toups and husband, Jackie; and five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Silas Vizier and Priscilla Guidry Vizier; and daughter-in-law, Tammy Trosclair.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Cut Off is in charge of arrangements.
