Edville Pierce, 90, a native and resident of Cut Off passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017.
Visitation will be held at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church on Wednesday, March 22nd from 10:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his son, Michael (Joy) Pierce; daughter, Cheryl (Bill) Wilson; sisters, Frances Estay and Elia Schoenberger; 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Thelma Brunet Pierce; parents, Forest and Sidonia Pitre Pierce; son, Kenneth Pierce; daughter, Karen Pierce Adams; brothers, Vories Pierce and Abel Pierce; sisters, Liza Cheramie, Evellia Breaux and Clara Guidroz.
Mr. Edville loved gardening.
