Earl F. Acosta, 85, a native and resident of Larose passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2018.
Visitation will be held at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off on Saturday from 10:30 until 12:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church at 1:00 p.m. with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Earl is survived by his wife of 67 years, Doreda "Tootie" Gros Acosta; sons, Kenneth (Celeste), Marty (Jeri) and Chad (Sheri); granddaughters, Brittany Acosta Malone (Michael), Annaclaire and Madeline; brothers, Emery, Marvin, Ronald and Dale; sisters, Ruth and Beverly; numerous nieces and nephews.
Earl was preceded in death by his parents, Lonia and Armaine Arceneaux Acosta; brother, Clyde, Sr.; grandson, Robert Michael Acosta.
The Acosta family would like to thank the Broadway Staff and Notre Dame Hospice for all their caring and support.
