Diana Agnes Schaubhut Folse "Maw Dee", 79, a native and resident of Des Allemands, died Sunday, May 27, 2012.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at St. Gertrude Catholic Church. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Daniel Folse Jr., Donald Folse, Willie Folse, Alex Folse, Cecil Folse, Richard Folse, John Folse, Jesse Folse and Stanley Folse; daughters, Debra Loupe, Darlene LeBlanc, Pauline Badeaux, Mary Ann Gailey, Jane Dumpster and Dawn Gassen; brother, Johnny Schaubhut; sister, Mary Gaubert; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Folse Sr.; parents, William "Willie" and Cecile Schaubhut; and brothers, Jimmy Schaubhut and Lyde Schaubhut.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
