Dean Paul Bourgeois, 59, a native and resident of Lockport passed away Saturday November 23, 2013. Visitation will occur at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off on Monday November 25 from 5:00 pm till 9:00 pm and on Tuesday November 26 from 8:00 am till funeral time. Services will be held in the funeral parlor at 11:00 on Tuesday with burial following at Holy Rosary Cemetery in Larose.
Mr. Dean is survived by his wife of 27 years Bonnie Savoie Bourgeois, children Kandi Johnson and Elix Bourgeois, stepsons Greg Broussard, Eric Broussard, and Nick Broussard, 5 grandchildren, and sisters Betty Guidry, Trudy Hartman, and Anna Cortez
He was preceded in death by his parents Leon V. Bourgeois and Hazel G. Bourgeois, and brother Terry Bourgeois.
