David Jordan, Jr.

Captain David Benjamin Jordan, Jr., died peacefully in his home surrounded by his family and friends on Saturday, March 31, 2018 in Cut Off, LA at the young age of 48.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday. April 4th at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and will resume on Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Bernedette Jordan; his eight children, Randy Billiot (Meagan), Rhonda Billiot, Donald Billiot, Kelli Foreman (Ryan), Kevin Billiot (Ragan), Brandy Billiot (Chris), Nicholas Jordan and Alexis Jordan; 17 grandchildren; father, David Jordan, Sr (Carolyn Jordan); mother, Rosa Guzman (Frank); sister, Monica Jordan (Sean), nieces, Madeleine O'Mara, Kerrie Rogers (Timothy); nephew, Joshua Carlile; great nephews, Emmett and Jameson, godparents, Tonya Bouzigard and Reed Barrios; godson, Haiden Summers.
He was preceded in death by Baby Jordan.
Captain Jordan was born on March 1, 1970 in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. He served in the U.S. Army from December 1989 to October 1993. He married the love of his life Bernedette Jordan on November 19, 2006. After moving to Cut Off from California, he began working for Marquette Transportation, where he became a Captain.
