David E. Bethancourt, 66, a native of Houma and resident of Lockport passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2016.
Visitation will be held at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Mathews on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 p.m.
He is survived by his companion, Betty Cordes; former wife, Amy Bethancourt; son, Nolan Bethancourt; daughter, Alisha Bethancourt; brother, Frank Bethancourt; sister, Lori Tabor; granddaughter, Corinne Bethancourt.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sydney and Yvonne Bethancourt.
