Chad Michael Babin, a native and resident of Raceland, passed away on June 1, 2015 at the age of 32.
A visitation will be held on Monday, June 8, 2015 at St. Mary's Nativity Church in Raceland from 9:00 am until service time. A memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Chad is survived by his daughter, Jaylyn West Babin; son, Jayce Christopher Babin; father, Clyde J. Babin; sister, Angie Babin Champagne and brother, Joseph P. Babin.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Vickie L. Babin and grandparents, Joseph and Bernice Babin.
The family would like to request western wear or casual clothing to all those in attendance at the service.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
