Carolina “Carrie” Medina Durapau, 83, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2024 at 11:17 a.m. She was a native of Luling and a resident of Hahnville, LA. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hahnville on Monday, June 24, 2024, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until a Mass of Christian burial at 11:00 a.m., with burial following in Holy Rosary Cemetery in Taft, LA. Carrie is survived by her sons, Paul Durapau, Jr. and wife, Kathleen “Pert”, Walter Durapau and wife, Deborah “Deb”, and Martin Durapau and wife, Missie; grandchildren, Madison Durapau, Brittany (Ben) Herbig, Danielle (Jonathan Gil) Boudreaux, Christopher Bearnard, Chelsey (Ross) Montet, Devin Durapau, Heather (Joseph) Bouza, Hannah (Eric) Rodriguez, Rachael Durapau, Madeline Coffey and Matthew Coffey; and 9- great-grandchildren.
