September 16, 1984 — March 2, 2021

Ashley Gail Rogers-Lafont, 36, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Cut Off passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2021.

A visitation will be held at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off on Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. A Memorial Service will be held in the funeral parlor at 2:00 pm.

Ms. Ashley is survived by her parents, Kirk and Scarlet Lafont; children, Talon, Ashton, and Avery; grandparents, Larry and Gail Rogers; many aunts and uncles, and great grandmother, Beatrice Rogers.

Ms. Rogers-Lafont was preceded in death by her grandparents, Roland and Nettie Lafont, great grandparents, Cleveland Rogers, Sr., Voltaire and Mae Bergeron, Lois and Flossy Pitre, Oliver and Irene Babin, John and Amelia Lafont; and great aunts and uncles.

May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at you back. May the sunshine warm upon your face, the rains fall softly upon your fields, and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
